Blake Tiedtke

Blake Tiedtke

Coach Tiedkte is a former Jefferson JHawk and Nebraska Husker! Nebraska named him their Most Improved Defensive Player in 2005 and was their starting starting Free Safety that same year. Blake was also a 5x Academic Honor Role recipient in both his Spring and Fall Semesters, graduating from the University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa and has worked as a physical therapist since 2009 while training area athletes since 2008! Spots with Blake are limited and by consultation/appointment only!

Jermelle Lewis

Jermelle Lewis

Jermelle Lewis is a former Hawkeye Football athlete that helped lead the 2002 team to a Big 10 title. Though his promising career was cut short due to two ACL tears, Coach Lewis chose to share his gift and knowledge of the game with area youth athletes. He has assisted Jefferson High School football and track athletes as well as operating his own personal training brand, Prime Performance Athletics. We are thankful to have Jermelle available to train area up and comers!

CoJo- Courtney Johnson

CoJo- Courtney Johnson

Courtney Koch is a multi-sport athlete and a Linn-Mar alumni. Courtney competed in gymnastics for 15 years, ran track at University of Iowa, and most recently has competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Hard Drive Performance Center #wanderleyjiujitsu #carlsongracieteam, earning a bronze medal at IBJJF Nationals in 2017. She has been coaching athletes in gymnastics and performance since 2012. Spots with CoJo are limited and going fast! .

Trevor Heitland

Trevor Heitland

Trevor is a former Kennedy High School and Coe College Graduate. During his time at Coe he earned All American honors as a running back and was runner up for the Gagliardi Trophy. After graduating Trevor was called up to try out with the 49ers and began coaching running backs at Coe College.

Marvin McNutt

Marvin McNutt

Marvin is a much lauded wide receiver at the University of Iowa. While at University of Iowa Marvin held the most receiving yards in a single season, receiving yards in a career and career touchdown receptions. t the conclusion of the 2011 season, McNutt was named first-team All-Big Ten by both the coaches and media. He was the 6th round NFL draft pick and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles.
